QUIET MAX™ REFUND & RETURN POLICY (90 DAYS)
First of all, we sincerely apologize that you are considering returning your product. This usually means the product did not meet your expectations, and we truly regret your experience.
However, before proceeding, please note:
Most customers require a short adjustment period when first using a mandibular advancement device like Quiet Max™. During the first few days, you may experience slight discomfort, pressure, or unfamiliar sensations. This is completely normal as your jaw adapts.
👉 We strongly recommend continuing to use the product according to the detailed instructions provided via email.
👉 Many users report significant improvement after 5–10 nights of consistent use.
If You Still Wish to Request a Return
We offer a 90-day return policy, subject to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund:
- You must use the product for at least 10 consecutive nights (adjustment period).

- A brief explanation of your experience
- Your request must be submitted within 90 days from the delivery date.
2. Hygiene & Personal Use Policy
Due to strict health and hygiene regulations in the United States:
- Quiet Max™ is classified as a personal-use dental device.
- Used products are generally non-returnable.
👉 Exceptions may be considered only if:
- A verified manufacturing defect is found, OR
- The product is damaged or not as described.
All claims must be reviewed and approved by our technical team.
3. Shipping & Handling Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Handling and sanitation fees may be deducted from the refund.
4. Discounted & Promotional Orders
- Orders purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are considered final sale.
- No refunds will be issued unless a verified defect is confirmed.
5. Refund Process
If your request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
We reserve the right to offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
6. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund requests may be denied if:
