At Quiet Max™, we are committed to delivering your anti-snoring solution quickly, safely, and transparently. Below is everything you need to know about our order processing, shipping, and delivery procedures.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship within the United States.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
To ensure quality and accuracy, every order goes through two stages:
Order Processing
Orders are confirmed, inspected, and carefully packaged within 2–3 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
👉 Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–13 business days from the date of order.
3. Possible Delays
While we always strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier-related issues
- Weather conditions
- High-demand periods
- Unexpected logistical disruptions
If your order has not been delivered within 14 days, please contact us immediately:

4. Order Changes & Modifications
We allow a limited window for changes:
- You have 1 hour after placing your order to request changes (address, contact details, etc.).
- After this period, your order may already be processed and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
6. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.
Quiet Max™ is not responsible for:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
- Lost shipments caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer information
7. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
We recommend that you:
- Check around your delivery location
- Ask neighbors or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery status update.
8. Unboxing & Product Inspection
To ensure a smooth support process, we strongly recommend:

9. Shipping Fees
All orders come with FREE SHIPPING.
